Service description
Some care does not need a clinic, and some patients should not have to travel to one. Home health services bring licensed clinical staff to the patient — for wound care after an operation, for an elderly parent who is unsteady on their feet, for someone discharged from hospital who needs monitoring during the first weeks at home, or simply for a blood test that would otherwise mean a fasting car journey in August.
This service is used most often by three groups: families caring for elderly relatives, patients in the recovery period after surgery or hospital admission, and people managing long-term conditions where regular monitoring is easier at home than at a clinic. Every visit is carried out by a licensed nurse, documented, and shared with the doctor overseeing your care, so home visits form part of one clinical record rather than sitting outside it.

Process overview
Enquiry. Contact us with an outline of the situation — who needs care, what for, and how often. A teleconsultation is often the fastest way to start.
Clinical assessment. A nurse or doctor assesses what is needed, reviewing hospital discharge notes or existing prescriptions where relevant.
Care plan. You receive a written plan setting out the visits recommended, their frequency, the cost, and what your insurance is likely to cover. Nothing begins until you have agreed it.
Scheduling. Visits are scheduled at times that suit the household, with continuity of the same nurse wherever possible.
Delivery and documentation. Every visit is recorded, and observations are shared with the supervising doctor. Families are kept informed of any change.
Review. The care plan is reviewed at agreed intervals and adjusted — usually reduced — as the patient recovers.
