Care & Cure Medical Center was established in 2019 to make good medical care easier to reach for the communities that need it most. From the beginning, the focus has been on the everyday healthcare that families and working people actually rely on: seeing a doctor without a long wait, getting a test done quickly, and being able to afford the treatment that follows.

That focus shaped how we grew. Today Care & Cure operates six clinics across Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, in Al Quoz, Dubai South, Dubai Investments Park, Sonapur, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain, with a seventh clinic opening soon in Al Khawaneej. Each one is placed where people live and work rather than where it is convenient for us, and each is licensed and regulated so that the standard of care does not change from one branch to the next.

Over time we added the services that patients kept asking for. Lifeguard Pharmacy sits alongside our clinics, so prescribed medicines can be collected in the same visit. We built diagnostic and laboratory services in-house to shorten the wait for results. We introduced teleconsultation for patients who cannot easily travel, homecare for those who are better treated at home, and dedicated managed care clinics for workforce communities. For companies, we run corporate health programmes that cover their employees end to end.

Working with most major insurance networks in the UAE has been part of that from the start. Direct billing means less paperwork for patients and fewer reasons to delay care. Where a patient needs treatment beyond what we provide, we work with established tertiary care centres so the referral is handled properly rather than left to the patient to arrange.

What has not changed since 2019 is the standard we hold ourselves to. Our clinical governance follows recognised international practice, our processes are ISO certified, and every branch is answerable to the same expectations on quality, safety and patient confidentiality. We are a UAE healthcare provider built around the communities we serve, and we intend to keep growing that way.
