What is this service
Managed Care is our service for employers rather than individual patients. It exists because workforce healthcare has a different problem to solve: not one patient with one complaint, but several hundred or several thousand people whose access to care, fitness to work and insurance coverage all have to function reliably at once.
We deliver this through on-site clinical cover at accommodation and work locations, scheduled screening programmes, and a defined escalation route into our clinic network when someone needs more than can be provided on site. Health education is delivered in workers' own languages, because a heat stress briefing that nobody understands is not a heat stress briefing.
For employers, the practical value is continuity and documentation. Care is recorded, reportable, and coordinated with your insurance arrangements, so compliance obligations are met as a by-product of people actually being looked after.

Procedure and process overview
Initial discussion. We establish the size of the workforce, where they are located, the nature of the work, and your existing insurance arrangements.
Assessment. We review current provision and identify gaps against your obligations and your workforce's actual risk profile.
Proposal. You receive a written proposal setting out the clinical cover recommended, staffing, schedule, escalation route and cost.
Mobilisation. On agreement, we deploy licensed clinical staff and set up on-site facilities, records systems and reporting.
Ongoing delivery. Scheduled clinics, screening programmes and health education run to an agreed calendar, with acute cases seen as they arise.
Escalation. Anyone needing more than on-site care is routed into the appropriate Care and Cure clinic, with the referral documented.
Reporting and review. You receive regular reporting on utilisation, screening outcomes and any trends worth acting on, with the programme reviewed and adjusted at agreed intervals.
